This is the “Ice Queen” Dress Tent installation by collaborative performance art duo Adrienne Pao and Robin Lasser, exhibited at artMrkt SF last weekend. Hard to tell from the photo, but the model in the photo is yours truly. I was so thrilled to participate in such an amazing and extensive project! Adrienne and Robin have travelled all over the world creating and installing interactive dress tents specific to various cultural and political environments. Their newest piece is the amazing Ms. Russia: Camera Obscura tent, installed in Yekateringburg, Russia — worn by none other than the Miss Yekaterinburg herself.
